Koobus Venter

Koobus Venter is an MNU Agent and mercenary who is in charge of the First Reaction Battalion. He is shown as sadistic and violent, taking pleasure in killing aliens and treating violence with anyone who opposes him. He is sent to District 9 to try and find Wikus van der Merwe alive or dead.
